Description: L2CAP Channel is not established after connection as the connection is handed back to the original central device. The central devices are using the basic_ble_extctrl example project. The connection is handed from one central to the second central. When the connection is handed back to the original central, the L2CAP channel is not established. Seen with as NWP_L2CAP_CHANNEL_ESTABLISHED is not received. Note, this issue is not observed if the node being transferred is in the central role, and the two nodes transferring the connection are in peripheral role.
