Mcu_PerformSoftSysReset API doesn't perform soft system reset.

      The API Mcu_PerformSoftSysReset expectation is to do the soft system reset but it doesn't reset the system. 

      Mcu Soft Reset in MCAL driver only resets the MAIN Domain but the expectation is to reset the device. 
      Instead Sciclient_pmDeviceReset can be used to reset the whole device.
