DET reported by Fls_Erase when not aligned with NOR_BLOCK_SIZE

      In current version of the Fls_Erase(), based on the below comparison, erase operation can be performed only on address aligned to NOR_BLOCK_SIZE, which in case of user can be equal to 128KB. user's OSPI layout assumes possibility to erase data in size of one sector - currently 32KB.
      The problem lays in address alignment of the requested erase operation.
