Description:
SPI IB mode for 32Bit Spi_WriteIB function fails in release mode (Application and Unit Test Failures observed).

Resolution:
Tx and Rx aligned to 4 bytes

Root Cause:
Tx and Rx was unaligned, causing the release mode optimisation to cause crash in application.
