Description: For post processing on CC27xx, integrate BleCsRanging library, and add a new result mode command to ble agent/ext ctrl/cs app. Add new command that will trigger the CS host module and switch the result mode to report TQI as a scalar value. The results will be transformed into the result format required by BleCsRanging. When BleCsRanging API is called, a value will be returned and reported to ble_agent. For L2CAP on CC23xx and CC27xx, configure PSM on the application. Send L2CAP connect from Key Node to Car Node. After CS application collects results, send them over L2CAP CoC from Key Node to Car Node.
