Currently newly created syscfg files adds @version into header section to specify sysconfig version that was used to create or update this file.
However, if there is a version mismatch and sysconfig editor is opened there is no indication (i.e. no dirty flag) indicating that there is a potential version change. This would give users indication that saving a file will perform an update.
In addition the thought is that we should warn users if an older version of sysconfig is used to open a syscfg file that has a newer version listed in its command line section.
