Cannot import examples or download SDKs from Resource Explorer

      When a device is selected or detected in the CCS Getting Started view, and then 'Browse software and examples' is clicked, it will open Resource Explorer in a bad state. When browsing for examples in this view, it will timeout in around 30 seconds if left idled, return an error, and then will reset the view.
