      Some instructions may not be represented in the resource partition table in the software pipeline information assembly comment block. As a result, it may be unclear what units are truly contributing to a software pipeline's minimum ii.

      Note: When this occurs, the software pipeline is correct. Only the assembly comment describing that software pipeline is incorrect.
