fsclean.bat does not seem to remove targetDB cache files.

      Running fsclean.bat from Cloud Agent install directory (when installing cloud agent from dev.ti.com). does not seem to clean temporary files 

      On my system running "C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Texas Instruments\TICloudAgent\loaders\ccs_base\common\bin\fsclean.bat"

       

      Does not clean any files in 

      C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Texas Instruments\CCS\TICLOU~1\0

      The key file in above location has following content: 

      C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\TEXASI~1\TICLOU~1\loaders\ccs_base\
