It is not possible to step through or set breakpoints on inline assembly source in a C file. It will always step over all the inline assembly. Even the dedicated assembly step actions in the disassembly view does not step through the inline assembly source, though I can see it properly step in the disassembly view.

This could be a limitation of the debugger regarding inline assembly. The same behavior existed in CCS Eclipse.
