      Severity: Major as test houses now believe we only support 37-byte payload

      Description: The doxygen of the functions HCI_LE_EnhancedTxTestCmd, HCI_LE_EnhancedCteTxTestCmd and HCI_LE_TransmitterTestCmd state that dataLen should be set between 0 and 37. This is incorrect as dataLen can be up to 255 bytes
