      Issue: Incorrect documentation leading to customer confusions.

      Affected functions: HCI_EXT_SetMaxDtmTxPowerDbmCmd and HCI_EXT_SetTxPowerDbmCmd

      Description: For each function ensures the following:

      • Both parameters (txpower and fraction) are documented 
      • tpower is a value in dBm (not an index)
      • fraction should be documented and we should highlight that on certain devices (CC23xx among others) this value should remain 0
