      1. Add OAD onchip support:
        Create persistent and onchip examples for CC27xx device with definitions required by ROM secure boot.
      2. Add OAD dual-image support:
        Create dual-image example for CC27xx device with definitions required by ROM secure boot.
      3. Add the proper memory definitions for the cmd and icf files.
      4. In the examples syscfg files configure the bootloader settings (Image version, image size, keyfile, authentication method, etc.)
      5. Post build commands:
        Use the sbtool to sign the image.
