USB DFU boot doesn't work.

To recreate the issue, compile ti-uboot with am65x_evm_r5_usbdfu_defconfig.

Upload tiboot3.bin with following command.

sudo dfu-util -R -a bootloader -D tiboot3.bin

sudo dfu-util -l

Does not show any output at this point.
