When system is running under high load, PMIC ISR reports high current. This can be quickly reproduced when running the TIDL AVP3 demo.

On inspection of the driver during debugging; two issues were found:
1. Incorrect multi-phase configuration of this regulator: this has been fixed, please see commit https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/commit/drivers/regulator/tps6594-regulator.c?h=ti-linux-6.6.y&id=31856b260fb9c1e7519606604d353f3e41949508
2. No support for ILIM configuration: while this support has still not been added in the SDK; local addition of ILIM configuration still did not resolve this issue
Current status of the debug is to probe the overcurrent raising rail and confirm whether it is is actually drawing excessive current.
