Description of the Issue: The issue reproduced for functionality and performance tests for both AOA and connection-less AOA tests.
The multiple responders scenario - Coordinator and Passive are connected to the 8 Responders. The RTLS manager periodically orders the coordinator and passive to start/stop AOA by sending AOA_Start and AOA_Stop commands.
After several loops (~2-3 loops) the test failed due to the Passive and Coordinator didn't send Response to the AOA_Stop or AOA_Start commands. See the attached log. The similar issue occurs for connectionless AOA - after several successful loops the Coordinator started AOA but no data received.
