Description of the Issue: During a connection, when the cc26xx device is used as the main BLE connection device in conjunction with another device used as connection monitor. When the cc26xx device is connected to a phone, as the phone triggers various connection parameters updates and channel map updates to the cc26xx device, it's clear that the cc26xx device reports the callback for the connection parameter update and channel map update earlier than the actual instant where the change should be reflected. This causes the other device to assume the change has happened as of the callback which causes the device running the connection monitor to not be able to follow the connection between the phone and the cc26xx device, causing a failure in the system.
