A CPU reset action is not applied to all cores of a non-synchronous groups even when the group operation button is enabled. It only applies the CPU reset to the specified core. The expectation is that it would reset all the cores of the group. There are no issues with synchronous groups - all cores are reset as expected.

There are no issues with CCS Eclipse as all cores of the group were reset regardless of if it was a sync group or not. This is the expected behavior.
