This is expected behaviour, and not a bug. The hidden memory ranges can be displayed by changing the settings.

The Memory Allocation view does not appear display memory ranges with a length of 100 bytes or less. This issue also existed in CCS Eclipse (confirmed with CCS 12.8.0).
