TVT: Unable to expand entries to get function data for Code Profile/Coverage

      Unable to expand entries to get function data for Code Profile/Coverage. Using the same target and example, it works with CCS 11.2.0. It appears to be some regression

      This issue was found using ETB trace on an AM243x.
