Standalone CLI package for a multi-core environment will fail with FMSTAT error in specific cases

      This issue only impacts multi-core environments. The workaround involves modifying the generated packages a bit. Basically, the setting for the cores in /user_files/settings/generated.ufsettings needs to be split into separate files (one for each core). Then the dslite batch files for each core needs to be modified so that it references the generated.ufsettings file for the respective core.

      There are some cases where the standalone CLI package generated from UniFlash will fail to successfully flash the device. The issue is specific to multi-core devices where each core has different custom flash settings specified.
