      Description of the Issue: Referencing the the example: basic_persistent_LP_EM_CC2340R5_freertos_ticlang. Inside OADService_setParameter@oad_service.c. If the function exit with ATT_ERR_ATTR_NOT_FOUND the notification.pValue is not freed which can lead to a memory leak.
