      Description
      Current OSPI driver programs auto-polling dummy cycles only for J721E SoC, this is due to micron flash present in J721E EVM gives capability to driver to do auto-polling. Since auto-polling depends on flash and OSPI controller on all SoCs supports auto-polling, OSPI driver needs to provide new command to program auto polling dummy cycles instead of programming auto-polling dummy cycle only for J721E.
