Description
When we call Udma_chDisable api with the timeout set to 0, it still waits for 1 ms for checking teardown status by calling osal_delay.

Resolution
Made Udma_chDisable to wait exactly the same amount of time as provided by user. Udma_chDisable returns immediately after checking the teardown status, without making osal delay call to delay for 1 ms when timeout is 0.
