When using UniFlash 8.7 Linux with CC2340R5, the below errors occur:

The same UniFlash version and device on Windows does not have these errors.

The issue does not occur with older UniFlash version like 8.3. It is not known which exact version this issue was introduced.

When using CCS 12.7.0 Linux with the same device, the program can be flashed without errors also.

Issue reproduced with UniFlash Linux on Ubuntu 24.04 and 22.04.
