"Cannot read System Setup data from from XML" error when trying to use XDS100v2 with Connectivity devices

      UniFlash fails to connect to some Connectivity devices when an XDS100v2 connection is specified.

      "Cannot read System Setup data from from XML"

      This issue occurs when specifying the connection/device from the UniFlash GUI or when importing an existing ccxml file that works fine with CCS.

      This issue was reproduced with a CC1312. It is unclear how many other devices are affected. An F28377D LP using an XDS100v2 works fine in UniFlash.
