Description: The DUT device (peripheral side) returns error of bleInvalidRange (0x18) after trying to enable the ADV Set 2 in the first loop.

Test Description: Test of the Dual ADV feature (BV)- the scenario of the test is:
      1. Initialize address with type: 'RPA with Random'
      2. Create adv set 1: legacy, connectable, RPA with Random, 1M
       and connect them
      3. Through loop:

      • Create ADV Set 2: legacy, connectable, RPA with Random, 1M- and change the address type to Random
      • Create ADV Set 3: legacy, connectable, RPA with Random, 1M- and change the address type to Public
      •  Enable and destroy them
