      Tests Spec Description: The purpose of this test case is to verify that when we receive advertisement reports from the peer with a specific Tx power set, we receive the advertisement report with whatever the advertiser set in the advertisement set. Three advertisement sets are tested in this case.

      Description of the issue: When peripheral side configured with 3 gap advertise events, that are different only in the Tx power value, for example

      {2, -10, 0}

      . The central side is getting all 3 events with the same Tx power value {2, 2, 2}.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Flash 2 cc2340r5 devices with the matching hex files.
      2. Send advertisements with different Tx power settings.
      3. Test fails for incorrect Tx power values in central side as described above.
