Description of the Issue: CC2340R5 as DUT, was flashed with Basic Peripheral application, configured with 1 Connectable AE Advertising Set, where PrimaryPHY=Coded S8, SecondaryPHY=Coded-S2. The DUT transmits the AUX_ADV_IND packets on Coded S8 PHY, instead of Coded S2:

How to reproduce:

1. Flash DUT with Basic Peripheral application, configured with 1 Connectable AE Advertising Set, where PrimaryPHY=Coded S8, SecondaryPHY=Coded-S2.
2. Initialize connection between DUT and a Master device
