Description of the issue: When running fuzzing test repeating the following sequence, the stack will eventually stuck in loop where it was not able to successfully dequeue the ATT msg.

Steps to reproduce the issue: The tester sends a lot of ATT writes in one connection event and suddenly terminates the link.
