Importing CCS Eclipse projects that have linked files relying on the WORKSPACE_LOC path variable will break. This is because in CCS Theia, WORKSPACE_LOC points to the default .metadata location (ex on Windows: [USER HOME]\AppData\Local\Texas Instruments\CCS\.ccs-server\workspace) instead of the original Eclipse workspace folder when the project was created in CCS Eclipse. Some customers may think WORKSPACE_LOC will point to [USER HOME]\workspace_ccstheia in CCS Theia which would also be a wrong (but understandable) assumption.

This issue would impact any use of the WORKSPACE_LOC variable in the project, not just linked files.
