AM243x device xml files are still blocking real-time memory access

      CCS 12.7.0 should have real-time memory access enabled by default for AM24x/AM26x devices. However, it appears only AM26x devices have been enabled by default. The AM24x device xml files are still blocking real-time memory accesses by default:

      While AM26x device xml files are not:
