Workaround:
Ensure there is voltage present when using/testing SDL_POK_VMON_EXT_OV_ID.

sdl_pok_test_app fails for SDL_POK_VMON_EXT_OV_ID instance. ESM interrupt is not received in setups where voltage is not present. This is expected if there is not a voltage present.
