      Description
      The Sciclient_loadFirmware() ignores the failed response status from the SCICLIENT_ROM_MSG_R5_TO_M3_M3FW message upon authentication failures of the sysfw.bin and invokes  Sciclient_bootNotification() unconditionally.

      This causes the  Sciclient_loadFirmware() function to never return a failure to SBL

      Resolution Description
      Added error check before calling Sciclient_bootNotification
