CLB Tile Design settings will reset when changing the Name of an added Tile Design.

It appears specific to the CLB Tile Design as changing the name for something else (like GPIO) does not reset the settings.

Issue was reproduced using CCS 12.6.0 using SysConfig 1.19.

To reproduce the issue, download and install C2000Ware 5.1 and the import the following example from it into CCS via Resource Explorer:

"C2000 real-time microcontrollers/Embedded Software/C2000Ware (5.01.00.00)/English/Devices/F28P65X/F28P650DK9/Examples/Driverlib/c28x/clb/clb_empty"

Open empty.sysconfig under that project and change one of the tile design settings to a non-default value and change the "Name" field. The display refreshes / settings categories collapse. When I expand to look at the settings again (e.g. under Output Look-Up Table 0) they have reverted back to defaults.
