SPINLOCK implementation in TIOVX deviated from the TRM suggestions.

      In the TRM, it is stated that it needs to be assured that the thread / task holding the lock is not preempted or suspended while holding the lock, otherwise the mechanism can become unefficient.

      This could be an issue where the current implementation on TIOVX does not take care of the second point above.
