On the CC1354P10-1, the device fails to save the 16th bond when acting as a peripheral and the 15th bond when acting as a central. In other words, when the CC1354P10-1 is operating in peripheral (such as simple_peripheral), it will be able to successfully form 15 bonds, but fail when forming the 16th bond. When operating in central mode (using simple_central), then the behavior is seen on the 15th bond.
