If you try to update or install Segger JLink support via P2, you get an error about the destination not being found.  There appears to be two problems.

(1) The error messages indicates there is a certificate problem:

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

(2) The path to the Segger site seems to have changed.  It needs to be updated in the composite p2 update file.
