SysConfig desktop, start menu, and folder shortcut will not work if installed in a directory path with spaces

      If SysConfig is installed in a directory with whitespaces in the path, the generated SysConfig shortcut will fail to launch SysConfig.

      The issue is because the command that the shortcut is using to launch SysConfig is passing in the SysConfig install path not wrapped in quotes in the "Target" field. Wrapping the path in quotes will resolve the issue:
