Issue Description:
Accessing the PDK documentation from section 5.2.6.2 all the way to 5.2.11.9 is broken

Both Chrome and Firefox has the same issue.

Rootcause:
Current SBL documentation is corrupted since </div> is used without
defining <div>

Resolution:
</div> should be used to close the <div> if defined previously
Removed </div> to fix the SBL documentation
