SDK: simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_7_20_xx_xx

Problem description:

When configuring basic_ble to operate in central+peripheral mode while supporting 4 connections (with CC2340R5 as central), the device fails to change PHY connection to Coded PHY when 4 devices (peripherals) are connected to CC2340R5.

DUT: CC2340R5

Test Devices: 4 x CC26X2R1 devices with Simple Peripheral (1 connection max) images flashed.

Scenario:

The CC2340R5 (multi role as central) connects to 4 simple peripheral cc26x2r1 devices.

When the CC2340R5 device attempts to change connection PHY to coded to one of the simple peripheral testers, this CC26X2R1 device disconnects from CC2340R5
