    • The issue is not seen when using pairing mode "wait for request'.

      Problem description:

When the CC2340R5 device is multirole, bonding is enabled and Pairing Mode is set to "Initiate a pairing request", the pairing and bonding process works as expected. However, after several connect/disconnect attempts by central devices, we receive an indication of successful encryption, but the pairing fails and the connection terminates. The central device then attempts to reconnect, but the encryption and pairing processes fail.

      SDK Version:

      F3 SDK v7.20

      Test-Bed:

Loki basic_ble multirole, RPA with Public ID, Pairing Mode is 'Initiate a pairing request', bonding enabled

3 CC2642R devices running simple_central, Pairing Mode is 'Initiate a pairing request', bonding enabled

      Application:

CC2340R5 Basic multirole, RPA with Public ID

      Problem reproducibility:

      100%.

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      flash devices
      open in tera-term
4 central devices: create a connection
      4 central devices: disconnect
      re-create the connection (~20 times)
