Issue Description:
The register definitions in CSL does not match with the register definition in the TRM.

For example:
ECAP_PID is mentioned in TRM and CSL_ECAP_REVID is mentioned in CSL

Also, 16-bit register write have been used to update some fields of the registers:

It is not obvious that e.g. ECAP_ECINT_EN_FLG is the same as ECAP_ECEINT + ECAP_ECFLG."

Resolution Description
Fixed register names in CSL to use PID instead of REVID as a suffix.
