Mcu_DistributePllClock API return type has to be Std_ReturnType but it is void

      Hello Team,

      As per AUTOSAR, the Mcu_DistributePllClock function return type should be of type Std_ReturnType but as per Static Source Code of MCU in TI MCAL, it is void.

      Please correct this.
