Device does not properly check PairConfirmSend value when a PairReq is sent with the secure connection flags turned on or the OOB flag turned on and responds with PairConfirmRecv. Due to this the state of the implementation goes to a different state and therefore the device does not complete pairing, boding anymore.
On the right implementations, the device ignores this message and proceeds with pairing as it should.
