TIARMCLANG QKIT's have below input for TooldDefinition.pdf chapter 2 Tool Version:

The used tool version of TI ARM CLANG C/C++ Compiler is: 2.1.0.LTS
We will refer this tool version as “[2.1.0.LTS]”.
This version of the tool has been developed according to the software development process assessed within process assessment [PROC].
CCS has no impact on the compiler, however, the compiler typically runs within CCS and may be installed within CCS

And instead should have wording like this where it clearly indicates the QKIT applies to all patch releases:

The used tool version of TI C/C++ Compiler is: 20.2.X.LTS
We will refer this tool version as “[20.2.X.LTS]”.
The initial release is 20.2.0.LTS and this QKIT addresses all subsequent patch releases. The patch releases (eg: 20.2.2.LTS or 20.2.3.LTS) only contain bug fixes but each undergo the same validations as 20.2.0.LTS with only the addition of new test cases for any bugs fixed.
This version of the tool has been developed according to the software development process assessed within process assessment [PROC].
The tool can be downloaded within Code Composer Studio (CCS). The compiler also includes the standard runtime libraries. More information can be found in the user manual of the tool, see [Tool].
CCS has no impact on the compiler, however, the compiler typically runs within CCS and may be installed within CCS
