TivaWare is not discovered by CCS

      TivaWare 2.14 is successfully downloaded from within CCS via Resource Explorer. However, Resource Explorer still does not think TivaWare is installed. When checking the list of discovered products in CCS, TivaWare does not appear. Refreshing does not resolve the issue. This appears to be a CCS product discovery issue with TivaWare.
