IPC: ipc_echo_testb image for mcu1_0 fails to boot on QNX (SPL boot)

      Loading of QNX ipc_echo_testb to mcu1_0 with SPL boot is causing Uboot to fail to boot.
      When following PSDK QNX 8.4 steps to test MCU1_0 echo test image, when the MCU1_0 test is built into SDK 8.4 Uboot, Uboot does not complete boot.

      The generated Uboot fails .

      If the prebuilt ipc_echo_testb_mcu1_0_release_strip.xer5f is used from the Linux build, Uboot boots cleanly but the QNX IPC_test stalls.
