Update Release Notes to contain more information on the differences in device support between host OS

      The information in the release notes simply lists all the supported devices on Windows. It does not have any additional information regarding differences in device support on macOS and Linux. this can cause confusion among users (For example, trying to use mmWave device with UniFlash on macOS)
