Prepend "echo Y |" before the command to pass in a response with the command

> echo Y | ./xdsdfu -b boot_loader.bin -r

On Linux, when trying to flash boot_loader.bin, the command prompt the user to continue but then immediately returns and terminates execution before a response is entered.

Example:

phytec@tws-testfield007:~/ti/ccs1210/ccs/ccs_base/common/uscif/xds110$ xdsdfu -b firmware_3.0.0.22.bin -r
USB Device Firmware Upgrade Utility

Replacing the bootloader may render the XDS110 unusable.

There is no issue on Windows
